Privacy policy

Cohortâ„¢ is operated by Cohort Marketing LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

What this site collects

Cohort sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics on this site. There is no tracking pixel, no third-party analytics script and no advertising identifier anywhere on it. The only information Cohort collects here is what you type into the waitlist form: it goes to a private spreadsheet and triggers an email notification, and nothing else.

The two embedded services

Two pages embed a third-party service. The scheduling page embeds Calendly, which collects your name, email and the time you pick. The waitlist page embeds Tally, which collects what you enter into the form. Both may set their own cookies and both handle that information under their own privacy policies rather than this one. They are the only external services the site contacts.

How the information is used

Waitlist submissions are used to follow up about the growth marketing work you described, and for no other purpose. Cohort does not sell your information, does not share it for advertising, and does not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Keeping and removing it

Waitlist and scheduling information is kept while a conversation is live and while Cohort has a reason to follow up. Ask and it is deleted, and you can ask for a copy of what is held about you at any time.

Changes to this policy

This page describes the site as it is built today. Any change that adds cookies or analytics is made in the same pull request that revises this page, so this policy never describes a version of the site that no longer exists.
